Privacy Policy
Last updated 29 September 2026
This policy covers the mobile games published by Oisif Games, including Hole City. It describes what the games collect, which third-party services receive it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
We do not ask you to create an account, and we never ask for your name, email address, phone number or postal address inside a game.
What the games collect
| Category | Examples | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Device advertising identifier | IDFA (iOS, only if you allow tracking), Advertising ID (Android) | Serving and measuring ads |
| Anonymous player ID | A random identifier generated on first launch | Saving your progress and showing leaderboards |
| Device and app information | Device model, operating system version, language, country, game version | Compatibility, ad targeting, diagnostics |
| Gameplay events | Levels started and completed, session length, in-game actions, ads watched | Understanding how the game is played and improving it |
| Diagnostics | Crash reports and error logs | Fixing bugs |
| Push notification token | A subscription identifier issued by the notification service | Sending notifications, if you allow them |
Our games do not collect precise location. Ad and analytics providers infer an approximate location, usually at country level, from your IP address.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone outside the services listed above.
Advertising and your choices
Our games are free and funded by advertising. Ads may be personalised using your device advertising identifier.
- On iOS, the game asks for permission before any tracking identifier is used. If you decline, or if you have turned off Allow Apps to Request to Track in your device settings, ads are shown without the advertising identifier.
- On Android, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads.
- In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, a consent prompt appears on first launch. Ads and analytics that rely on consent run only if you give it, and you can change your answer at any time from the game's settings screen.
Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
- Consent — personalised advertising, analytics where consent is required, and push notifications.
- Performance of a contract — running the game, saving your progress and operating leaderboards.
- Legitimate interests — fixing crashes, preventing fraud and abuse, and non-personalised advertising that keeps the game free.
How long we keep it
Gameplay and analytics data is retained for up to 24 months. Crash reports are retained for up to 12 months. Saved progress is kept while the player account stays active and for 24 months after the last session, then deleted. Our third-party providers apply their own retention periods, described in their policies above.
Where your data goes
The providers listed above process data on servers in the European Union and the United States. Transfers outside the EEA rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision, as set out in each provider's policy.
Children
Our games are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, write to support@oisifgames.com and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. Exercising these rights is free and we answer within 30 days.
Write to support@oisifgames.com. Because player accounts are anonymous, we may need details that let us locate your record — device model, country, and the rough dates you played. If we cannot identify you from what you send, we will say so rather than guess.
If you are in the EEA or the UK and you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes
When this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we handle your data, we will also say so in the game.
