Oisif Games

Terms of Use

Last updated 29 September 2026

These terms form an agreement between you and Oisif Games covering the mobile games we publish, including Hole City. By downloading or playing one of our games you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the games.

1. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play our games on a device you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. We keep all other rights. The games, their code, artwork, music and names remain our property or that of our licensors.

2. What you may not do

  • Copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute a game or any part of it.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble a game, except where that right cannot be excluded by law.
  • Modify a game, or use cheats, bots, automation or modified clients to gain an advantage or to manipulate leaderboards.
  • Interfere with our servers or with other players' use of a game.
  • Use a game in breach of applicable law, or of the app store rules that apply to your device.

3. Advertising

Our games are free and funded by advertising. By playing you accept that ads are shown, including full-screen and rewarded ads. Advertisers, not us, are responsible for the content of their ads and for anything you buy from them. How ads use data, and how to limit that, is set out in our privacy policy.

4. In-game items

Currency, items and upgrades inside a game have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the game, and are licensed to you rather than owned. We may change, rebalance or withdraw them as the game evolves.

Where a game offers purchases, they are processed by Apple or Google, not by us. Refunds follow that store's policy, and you should raise refund requests with the store. Nothing here limits the statutory rights consumers have in their own country.

5. Your progress and player account

A game may create an anonymous player account so your progress can be backed up. We take reasonable care of that data but cannot guarantee it against loss, and you should not treat a game save as a durable record. We may reset leaderboards, or remove entries obtained by cheating.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue a game or any online feature, including leaderboards and cloud saves, at any time. We do not promise that a game will be available without interruption or free of errors.

7. Termination

This licence ends if you break these terms. You can end it at any time by deleting the game. Sections 1, 8, 9 and 11 survive termination.

8. No warranty

Our games are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they do not apply to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of profit arising from your use of a game. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Apple App Store

For games downloaded from the App Store, the following apply. This agreement is between you and us, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the game or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. If the game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the game, including product liability, consumer protection and intellectual property claims. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as terrorist-supporting, and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts there.

12. Changes to these terms

When these terms change we update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
